At the beginning of the forenoon we raised anchor and set sail. Throughout the day there was a moderate SW topgallant sail breeze. At sundown we dropped anchor at 26 1 fathom = 6 feet (170 cm) fathoms of stiff ground. We had good weather throughout the night, till morning.
