The wind from SW was a gentle and average topgallant sail breeze throughout the day. The weather was good. We lifted the stream anchor with the boat and brought it on board under the bowsprit. We inserted a new rope and the rope of 12 1 fathom = 6 feet (170 cm) fathoms that was broken off was taken out. We assembled two barrels. We got two canoes of water, two canoes of ballast and 64 pairs of elephant tusks on board. Later in the evening, at night and until the morning a weak breeze came from WSW.
