In the morning and forenoon we had a gentle N by E to SE wind and mostly still stormy. An English a sailing vessel with three or more masts; with a square rigged foremast and fore-and-aft rigged main, mizzen and any other masts barquentine left, heading downwards. We bought a half A Dutch liquid measure of approximately 155 liters aume of palm oil and a little Spanish pepper. We untied 2 sheets and the fore topsail. In the afternoon there were gentle SW airs and good weather. We saw 2 ships sailing towards us who also anchored next to us in the first watch. Good weather throughout the night till morning.
